Business/Wallet/Reserve: no account opening or minimum-balance fees stated for domestic cash management; Treasury: monthly asset-based fee 0.1% Premium / 0.50% Essential (includes partner fees)
Other requirements
Arc is a fintech, not a bank. Business use only. Not located in / organized in / resident of comprehensively embargoed countries; not on U.S. restricted-party lists. Capital Markets financing (separate product) lists U.S. HQ, U.S. bank account, and EIN among criteria.
Partner bank FDIC
Stripe Payments Company financial accounts (Business/Wallet/Reserve) with funds held at Fifth Third Bank, Member FDIC (pass-through up to $250,000 if requirements met). Cards issued by Celtic Bank / serviced by Stripe. Treasury: Atomic Brokerage / Pershing LLC custody; cash sweep Dreyfus Insured Deposit Program.
Non-resident notes
POS: Official Global Treasury page and launch blog state qualifying non-U.S. entities (select jurisdictions; invite) can invest in U.S. fixed-income securities via Arc. Terms §4.1 allow entities formed in the U.S. or another Arc-authorized jurisdiction; Customer Information includes EIN. UNCLEAR for standard Business/Wallet/Reserve deposit accounts: primary pages do not state whether non-resident owners may use passport/ITIN in lieu of SSN, or which foreign jurisdictions are authorized beyond Global Treasury invite.
